Hi Kir,

It's the combination of the 4 parts of the recipe that works, not the individual items. The reason I'd start slowly is merely to lessen the temporary bad feelings one can get from a yeast die off.

It's like what I was taught in the boy scouts about making a fire. In that case there are three requirements to start a fire. With any one of them missing, there is no fire.

Likewise with my recipe, the problem doesn't get solved until all of the products are taken together, probably for a couple months.

I'd do the parasite cleanse at the same time. Once the yeast overgrowth is taken care of, then parasites have a much harder time taking root. So getting rid of them while I was creating an inhospitable environment for the parasites, would be a good thing.

Coconut oil is a great antifungal food, so I'd take it if it were me.
