I have had exactly the same problems it could be me. I used to use roaccutane too, and now the Acne has slowly but surely returned and are on my jawline. I am utterly devastated and completely fed up. My dr has just prescribed Antibiotics for 3 months, but I'm not holding my breath. I too think this is hormone related, I seem to get the jawline cysts, just after my period, when I produce a clear vaginal discharge (apparently this is normal and means you are fertile). I used to use neutrogena products, but lately decided a change would be good, so now using the clinique blemish free range, to be hones they are all rubbish. HELP X
