Go to sawilsons.com for organic coffee grown just for enemas, and an enema bucket - much easier to clean than the bag, and you can see how much coffee is left, and there's a tube you can put a foot or so up in there. I lie on my left side (coffee is 101 - 104 degrees F), take 15 minutes for the coffee to get in there and lie there another 20 minutes holding it.
