Nutritarianism or fasting: which is best for weight loss?
Following a nutritarian eating plan is far better at losing weight than fasting.
After all Nature will conserve food reserves during a fast to prolong life, whereas a nutrient-dense (do love that phrase) diet will allow greater weight loss if the diet is of a high water content.
This is especially so if combined with an anaerobic exercise plan........short bursts of intense activity followed by slightly longer periods of relaxed exercise; this allows the body into entering ketosis, not only during the exercise time, but for a lengthy period of time thereafter.
The other benefits of this type of exercise is that it will greatly strengthen the Heart and lungs like no other exercise and especially so if combined with "rebounding".....the only cellular exercise in existence.
