I couldn't do a fast while I was working. I wouldn't have the proper mental focus or physical energy.

I'd try to fast on Holiday, if possible.

I know that would suck, watching everyone around you pigging out and swilling beers while you are worried about your next oil pull and cup of smooth move tea.

Fasting is a serious challenge. To willingly starve yourself for an extended period of time takes a determined individual.

I'd continue to pull once or twice daily, while I was on my fast.

I'm curious as to why you're fasting? Are you trying to lose weight or just cleanse the body? Both?
