For me the weekends are the toughest, thats when I want to have fun with my family and eat. Now, I am a SAHM but still,eating during the week just doesnt have as much of an appeal. Thats why when my 10 day Master-Cleanse was suppose to end this past monday, I figured "why? its the week, I mine as well continue!" and im really looking forward to eating this weekend. Also it totally gets easier after day 4. Your just on cruise control after that. GL!
