It seems difficult for me to fast and go to work at the same time. Maybe I should time it so that my 3rd and 4th fasting days are on the weekend. I was really weak and out of it on day 3.

I finally broke the fast just so I could get some work done. It's good to hear that the third day is tough for others too - I keep reading that it only gets tough after the 3rd day.

How many times a day do you OP when fasting? And does it do anything in particular to help with the fast or is it just part of your normal routine?
