Ha! I doubt I could make anyone else feel like a whimp. This is all new to me and im trying my best.

So I tried it today for the first time. I used organic cold pressed coconut oil. At first I wanted to gag but as soon as it liquified I was fine. Mouth was tired at the end, no surprise. I didnt really see any amazing first results but im not deterred. Im open to new things. I also started dry skin brushing too. Im just trying to get the most detoxing possible these last few days of my Master-Cleanse : )





p.s.... If anything this strenthens my belief that God is loving and has provided everything we need on earth for our health and well-being. Its just up to us to take advantage of it!
