I think avoiding Sugar and yeast at the start for 6 weeks probably did help a bit. I just think that in my case I had such a severe problem that I needed to really blast it out of me.

The die-off was absolutely terrible though, as I think I probably took too much CS for the 1st week.

The MS-like symptoms I had ranged from panic attacks to feeling like my limbs weren't there, it's was very worrying.

I just hope that I can stay well.
