sesame seeds and fish heads (yes!!even the poor could afford this) are an ancient recipe for wellness, and a 'cure' for cancer too.

Makes sense, when you backtrack and undo the nutrients.

lots of tahini (if you can't get fresh sesame seed)and parsley couldn't hurt either.


Almonds, lemon, and sun are a good combination.
