Can anyone explain how CS silver affects people with heavy metal issues? I know it's supposed to be relatively safe, but I do worry about consuming it with already existing heavy metal issues. Also, what is the dosage to avoid from the turning blue issue.

Vini, other than eliminating the sugar, did you stay away from flour products, potatoes, etc. also? How long did it take you to get better? I have taken CS in the past, but never reallly felt a difference from it Thanks.
