Well for me I love them. I guess you consider them my snack of the day. Now, I am not worried about the nutrients, just love the taste.

Banana Ice cream

Freeze 4 bananas
put them in food processor

add 1 t. of vanilla
1 T. of raw honey
1 t. of cocoa

Pulse and pulse until the consistency of ice cream

***optional - add in 1 T. of walnuts or almonds pulse a few more times.

Delicious. Hmmmmmmmmmm
