Can I just say there are many reasons for a optimistic outlook for HIV now so be confident and happy. Gene therapy for HIV should not be long away now so HAVE HOPE and enjoy life as much as possible! Stress will make even the healthiest person become ill. A lot of people swear by some form of meditation. Try red wine as well to relax 2 glasses a day pumps your cells full of flavanoids that also increase the intracellular level of Vit C that can be used.

Speaking of wine I will be writing up on elderberry/wine soon apparently elderberry inhibits every single strain of influenza even bird flu in its tracks. Elderberry definitely deserves lots of research!
Get a rebounder for moving the lymph fluid. You don't have to do one big session just 2-3 mins throughout the day for 20 mins or preferably more daily.
Get on the vitamin C, use pure powder not tablets with ANY added sweeteners. a good resource is http://www.vitamincfoundation.org/
this site will tell you all you need to know. Get some digital scales of ebay (the cheap ones from china are great - about $10) to record what you take. You can also get some pure N-acetyl-cysteine(NAC) powder and add it to your glass of vit c. I add 10 grams of vit c and about 1+grams of NAC to about 10-15 ounces of water and just add a touch of blackcurrent cordial(the Sugar not sweetener kind) to take the edge of it.
I take a 2-3 gms(20 to 30% of the drink) first thing in the morning and then about 0.5 to 1 gm every hour till bedtime when I take a larger dose once again. when your body can no longer absorb vit c you will get loose bowels. You must find out what your tolerance level is(this will change from week to week depending how much your body needs - I can double my intake when i have a cold) and work slightly down from there Cathcart said you should aim to saturate your tissues to the 85% point of bowel tolerance to have the max anti viral effect. BTW VIT C IS EFFECTIVE AGAINST ALL PATHOGENS. Vit C in water is stable for days and the NAC for about 24 hours just keep it in the fridge when made.
Eat a whole raw broccoli every day(I will explain this in my post soon).
If you can afford it get a medical ozone generator and oxygen concentrator and sauna tent or build a sauna from untreated wood which is better and start ozone steam saunas. There is much info on this on this site.
