I have a couple of recipes; Iodine is wonderful on the skin; a real pick me up!

Facetonic;

aloe vera juice
Rose water / distilled water
some drops of lugols
1 drop of my favourite essential oil

I have no exact measures; that depends on the aloe vera juice; some types can be used straight on the skin, others has to be diluted with water. Typically I would use 3 oz aloe vera juice, 1 oz rose water, 5 drops of Lugols, one drop of lavender

Fill in a spray bottle and use as a regenerating skin moistener.


Bodylotion;

3 oz of aloe vera gel
2 oz part of Coconut Oil
10 drops of Lugols
3 drops of my favourite essential oil

You may adjust the ratio of gel - oil; so you get the right proportion for your skin. I like it not to oily.
I also use EVCO and Lugols for sunscreen!
