hi, i had enough sleep every single day and even more now because i am having my holidays and planning to take this chance to recover. It was not due to sleeping and exercising as far as i know because i have been resting for all my holidays as i had not been feeling good from the heart palpitations.

Could parasites or liver congestion cause this problem? Or any other things that are causing it? I really wish to recover from this unknown illness. Its making my life really miserable. I don't like to go out or do anything anymore, i have lose a lot of faith in life ever since this unknown thing started. Someone show me some light to this tunnel please.
