Yes, for town and country put where you live...

Excellent idea...you can, of course, make a chart to see what this whole Mars energy will do for you.

You can either make a synastry chart (your data + mars data) or a Composite chart (your data + mars data combined together into one seperate entity).

Also...you can just do a 'natal chart + transits' for YOU...then in the date put August 27, 2003...then all the green planets that transit around the outside of your chart will be for that day and you'll see where they land in your chart. It will be very interesting!

I have noticed that people are experiencing more emotions over the last couple of days. Quite intense. My friends and I are feeling that these emotions are welling up in order to be looked at and transformed...shifted into a 'higher emotional' realm, rather than just personal-emotional. Oooooh....pretty interesting!
