I am a former pro ballet dancer, and I didn't  manage to embarrass myself when taking it.  But I haven't been in a conga line recently either.   Moreso, Congaplex has proven to be a terrific healing supplement for respiratory stuff...  come to think of it, it did create a Pavarotti like response in the voice.
