Do you get enough sleep? I had the same problem last year and after doing a good web search determined that I was killing myself from exhaustion of over work / lack of sleep. Also you should consider limiting the amount of physical exercise for a while, but do get out to enjoy the fresh air and sun. Lack of Sleep and/or too much exercise could overwork your adrenals.
