I did a few days ago, than yesterday and today were bad, brain fog, some anxiety, muscle fatigue a bit worse. But, I did make it to church and did ok, and so glad I went.
A glorious uplifting message and had some nice time talking with a few people.
I tried to walk this eveing outside, was a struggle. Did manage 10 minutes, plus taking 2 breaks to sit and rest.
What a change, from when I used to walk a mile with no problem.
