WOW! Thank you so much!... I know what you're talking about completely and the cage-animal explains our situation perfectly.. =) For instance today, I'm eating and eating and eating... It's so distracting I can't even concentrate on my HW.

Well, the solution you're offering is the best I guess.. But I'm so proud I can't seek that kind of help from a dietitian let's say because I wouldn't want my folks to find out that I'm out of my own solutions. I don't know why but I want them to think that I CONTROL my body and no one can say anything about it... Help? No, thanks...

BUT, in reality i'm dying for help and I really don't know what to do and I'm really out of ideas.... If you can come up with a plan, I would love to give it a try...
