So...changing the Time on astro.com? Do you mean changing the 'time of birth' for each individual? That is the way you'd do it. I always keep a 'NOW' entry that I can enter in whatever dates I'd like - as though the date was a person. So that's how I did that. Entered August 27, 2003 as a person under my NOW 'add person' entry. Then you just make it like that day was born at 6am!
