Place two tablespoons or a 1/4 cup of your favorite seeds in the sprouting chamber. Rinse and spread them out evenly. Snap on the ventilated lid and place in a clean 3 1/2 or 5 gallon bucket. Rinse with clean water once or twice a day. That's it! You'll grow tons of fresh nutritious sprouts in only 3 to 5 days. Sprouts are great for birds too!

*Some sprouts (such as beetroot) need to be pre-soaked 24 hours before using.

Ventilated snap-on lid
Simple instructions
Bucket not included. All you need is a clean 3 1/2 or 5 gallon bucket.
