Thank you both for your posts. Both with opposing views too.
I am going to try a very natural sourse of Iodine from brown seaweed. I found a good product, as a few others have had very good results on it.
I tried the liquid, one drop, of Lugol's and had bad anxiety from it. So, think a more natural form from seaweed will be not as aggressive.
