Hi mamaj,

You are always so helpful and I appreciate that. I thought I would add an interesting article here. It talks about sleeplessness, the feeling of an electrical currentand headaches as they relate to estrogen dominance. Also, something along the lines that you were talking about-the dose of Progesterone cream sometimes needing to be lowered even though it has been working well at a certain level.
