Hi,

How did it started? Are you allegic to anything? do you have any other symptoms? How old are you right now?
do the symptoms increase over the years?

I can see two possible causes to your problem:

1- TMAU (strong fishy, feces, smoke smell)
2- Fungus or bad bacteria in intestinal tract, which can lead to several other problems and symptoms, including Body Odor .
