i tried this high fat diet , i remember it made me worse
one morning i fainted and threw up the oil , actually i was late for work because of it lol.thats about when i stopped and went back to a more regular diet with carbs etc.

the diet im on now is basically the opposite of candida diet , high in wholegrain carbs and quite low in protein and fat.plenty of fruit/vegetables , no additives , preservatives , snack foods etc.

of course if your liver can handle the high fat diet then you may thrive on it! many people do.something to do with nutritional typing.
