Is the Manuka Raw and unfiltered?? it does make a difference. And what is the Anti bacterial rating you are using. At least 20+ is ideal...but there are higher 30+. If you are still experiencing a rash it could be due to other factors... food allergies or even to the honey. But The honey is only a temporary measure..healing needs to occur inside.
