Hey everyone!... If someone had told me that I would seek for help on this subject a year ago, I would laugh... My height is 1.76cm and I was only 38 kilos! I was nearly dead!.... But now... I'm over 70 kgs and I feel terrible about myself. Now I know that I will never do what I've done to myself before but I want to be around 55kgs... And I've tried so many times... But somehow I cannot diet... It's as if my body's sabotaging me and as if my brain's secretly telling it to eat... PLEASE; SOMEONE! HELP ME! ... I want to fast and lose it all... How much time will it take for me to be 55kgs..... THANKS!
