Yes ive been flushing..i took a little break..but am right back into it.. and i noticed that every flush i do I reallly emotional..and the next couple of days..i am really bitchy....and sometimes depressed because I start thinking about my issues and anger etc....

I do some serious exercise now... but i feel like i need more release.. So i am going to try the feet stomping screaming thing!....

I love all the connections that you make with astrology and chinese medicine ect..... I bet you would love the school i go to... we have to read these medicine wheels..and then we have to overlay all of them to peice the knowledge together....
I'll post more about the school later.... they have a lodge in Vancouver too... they do vision quests and shamanic sexuality workshops..... anyways... i am about to go to the park..but i will send for both you and your boyfriend before the day is done..What is his name?... just so i have a focus.....

I'll let you know too if anything comes up in the healing for either of you!!!
