Yes, Chris,

The nausousness (Can you tell I can't spell the it the other way. nausea. I have to copy and past it from your messaged. LOL) comes and goes and when it comes, it is so horrible that people at the office thing I am very sick. One day I was sent home because of it. And after a bit it was gone. it is the waves of it at uncertain times that is hard to deal with.

And when it does show up it is so strong that I just really want to die, but I stick with it. I really do.

I am a fighter, Chris and I won't give up that easily no matter how nasty it gets, it is just very hard at times.

Sigh. . I am going to another day of fasting. I made it throught this day in one fasting piece. :o)
