Yeah, I know what you mean about smells. I walked in the office's library where the attorney had a client, and the smell was just so horrible that I wanted to gag.

I don't know what it was, but it was just very unsavory to my nose and I am sure it was just because during a fast, my sense of smell is very acute.

I will take your advice, Chris and try and grin and bear it the best I can.

It is the worst part of fasting, but if I can make it for another week or two, my detox symptoms always seem to taper off.
