I am just trying to survive this horrible detoxing bit I am going through. of course, it comes and goes at times during the day.

Trying to find a way to flush the toxants out of my body so I can cope with it a bit better. I know I just have to let my body do its thing, but it seems to get unbearable at times.

Wish me luck on another day of fasting.
