My blood reacted to 10 foods.

Avocado,Buckwheat,Mushrooms,Wheat,Chilli Pepper,Radishes,Sesame,Snapper,Cheese,Eggs.

Found it odd that milk or gluten was not a "reactor" ?

Anyone ever do this blood panal?

Wondering how accurate it is?

Also need to get started on a wheat free diet - ugh - I kinda knew wheat would be in there because of how I feel when I eat it, but I was hoping it wasn't.

Any advice? Experience?
