No way your question is Off Topic for this forum, and it is a good one at that.

I do not readily know or can readily find a source of organic or natural whole grape seeds if what you wish to do with them is consume them.  There are numerous sources for seeds for planting.

Is there a reason you prefer the whole seeds to edible organic grapeseed oil?
