They both look like some kind of parasite to me. What kind, I can't say for sure. The first picture looks like nests of baby ascaris to me and the second looks like it might be sheep parasites of some kind. Maybe never know for sure, as parasites are very adaptable and capable of mutating from species to species fairly quickly. Congratulations on getting that stuff out of you.
