Again, the panics and palpitations are from the parasites or structure.

I picked up the parasites that almost killed me straight north of you in Vietnam.

Being in Singapore you have tropical parasites.

If you have to stay on Clarkia theres not much you can do about that. But it should have calmed the palpitations within a week.

I've had other folks from that part of the world (Cambodia and Vietnam, even China) find local antiparasite remedies that work quite well. You have to do some leg work and ask around a bit.

Other products include Standard Processes Zymex II which Pioneer mentioned. You should be able to get that from the site she mentioned. That will take care of any tapeworm infestation.

Another product is "Clear" from Awareness Corporation. Google Awareness Corp and you should be able to get that also.

Otherwise get off the main beat into the kinda underground market and I bet you can find something.
