I have been a faithful lurker on curezone off and on the last four years, starting with the bowel cleansing forum and moving on. The last three or so months I have lurked between Iodine and Oil pulling. I don't post becasue I can get carried away with typing like my mouth. Non stop. I prefer to read mostly. But have to post to this one.

Here in the Smoky Valley of Nevada a powerful flu has taken hold of many. I am usually concerned with the respistory part as I can get deathly ill almost at the mention of flu. Never worried to much about the stomach thing as the last time I caught it it was 7 or 8 years ago in Ely.
Well the past few weeks folks have been real sick here with both respitory and stomach. Odd thing is I didn't have so much as a cough and smiled to myslef that this Iodine and protcol was protecting me quite well. Then... it hit fast and hard as if some one slugged me. First thought here was that it must be detox so set about the salt flushing that works so very well. Got an enema going ASAP and plenty of fluids with my beloved lemons fresh squeezed. But alas this was not helping to much only a bit. Had to go to work and within the first hour there thought I was going to die. Had hubby bring me some fresh made bone broth thinking that will do the trick as it usually does. And it did help ease it for a while. But within the next hour of sipping on it I was running for the rest room. The Manager stayed on most of my shift to help out. When I got home all hell broke loose in me both ends and great pain. Two other girls from work were sick and I began to wonder if this was more than detox. I called of work the next day for the first time in over three years. Four days into it I still could not eat even when I started to feel better. Could not keep supplements down or salt water or anything until yesterday. Only oranges and grapefuit then. So today is another round of oranges or grapefuit with the lemon water as my drink.
I have lost 5 lbs with this thing and am so glad it is going. I have read much about Iodine and the one thing I did not think of was to up my dose. Couldn't keep anything down any way. Yep the flu was hard on me this time around. i am still tiring easy but can get up and shower and clean house so it is passing.
