I agree with you.
My blood pressure was going 160/100 range at times. I am also taking Muktavati (Swami Ramdev ji's) for 1.5 months and In first 7 days it brought my BP to 120/74. Later, after 10 days once I found my BP at 160/100 and then Swami ji's vaidh gave me Arjunarist along with Muktavati. what I have generally found is that there is nasal congestion.
Pluse rate goes down drastically 55-60. I have reduced dose to 1 tab morning and evening. I feel lethargic also.
