I had my Amalgams removed by a biological dentist in California close to where I live and in Tijuana. I'm not happy with either biological dentist I saw.
I'm in the Philippines now, I took my girlfriend and her son to the dentist in the 1st link I posted Dr. Gaba, he does a good protocol for removal, he uses a oxygen mask, but i think he does not do inlays/onlays, he just uses composite fillings.
The dentist in the second link Dr. Herminia Chavez was more expensive so I didnt take my gf to see her, she does onlays/inlays, I forgot the price she quoted me, also I dont see on her website that she has taken a course in cosmetic dentistry to learn how to do inlays/onlays. http://queenmaryholisticcenter.com/teamhead.html
