I found this very interesting, and, of course, I wondered if it applied to me.

I slept four hours straight last night, I think because I adjusted my pillow quite well, and placed a relaxed hand beneath my chin.

It wasn't 'research' or concentrated in any way.

Maybe this poster is onto something.
