You can have you opinion.
The reality, if you wish to talk about reality, is that I stand proud with all my achievements in my life. Probably the best testimony I can mention here is my life itself.
Against all odd I have kept myself alive and amongst the living for years.
Medically trained doctors reluctantly agree with me whenever I present my findings, often only after I've havegone against doctor’s recommendations.
I wasn’t here for ego-trip. Time and time again on these forums the newcomers are left to compare their often non-existent experiences while so called experts are nowhere to be “seen or heard”!
As soon as someone says a statement that goes against so called “experts” own believes, not necessarily agaist truth, those experts will be “out” in numbers to point how wrong you are!

For you too, go and help the newcomers instead of trying to stop someone else offering genuine help.
But do not go and tell them in the beginning how long they can fast just because you managed to do it!
That has nothing to do with it what you have done, or someone else for that matter.
Let them gain some experience and confidence first and they will be as good as you are, if not better!
