Thanks for the Liver Flush idea. I have been drinking various concoctions to help flush stuff out of me, however hasn't worked however I feel I need to change my diet as the tests indicated, to make any real difference.

My biggest love my morning cappuccino has to go as I am intolerant to coffee and dairy, as well as to wheat ! Once I successfully give those up then my body can clean and repair itself. Thanks everybody for your insight to what these little critters can get up to.
