Try Sea Salt crystals and grind them in a salt grinder shaker. Sea Salt has trace minerals that work for some whose bp soars on the other kind. It's all I've used for quite a while. I might even have read about Sea Salt in Cure Zone. // I'm no medic, but have lived on natural foods, herbs, and supplements for over 35 years; that said, I think people all need some small amount of salt, more if they sweat a lot or live in a tropical climate. Ranchers put a salt lick out in the fields for their livestock.// While I believe in taking charge of our own health issues (who is more concerned than we are!), I know we have to stay informed or can mess ourselves up. Potassium can pull bp down. So can Magnesium, but too much of the mag can upset the heart. Calcium, magnesium, and postassium need to be in some kind of balance, best achieved by eating lots of vegetables. And veggies and fruits are loaded with potassium. // Give the sea salt a try, and let me know.
