I have noticed that just eating better helps, however, I still have uncomfortable cramps. So, your diet info, etc., would be helpful.

65312 - That makes sense. Thanks for the info. And, I will surely look to avoid those excess things. Thankfully, I only use coconut oil for moisturizer and bare minerals face powder. I'll be eager to hear your progress with the hormone spray!
