How did the veggie fasting go Superman, I am on the Urine fast and on day 4, easy enough but maybe the veggire fasting is better for cancers or malignancies, what do you guys think? I can see the fast with water or the urine fast starving cancer cells, so wouldn't the veggies feed the cancer? Thanks for any advice.
