I'm new here and don't really understand how to navigate the site.. but I'm sooooooooo interested in finding the BEST and most ACCURATE Lyme test, as I was diagosed with Fibromyalgia back in 1990 (pain and fatigue is getting so much worse), but have ALWAYS thought it could be Lyme - because of an oval rash, wish one large oval and several smaller ones which were around my abdoman and diagnosed as contact dermatitis.

Anyone with suggestions as to where to go for the most ACCURATE Lyme test - please advise.
