The water here at work is chlorinated and fluoridated so lately I've been microwaving a mug of Aquafina water (low in fluoride) to make my ginger tea. I know microwaved food is a no-no because it does all kinds of unnatural things to the food's molecular structure and stuff but does the microwave do any damage to just plain water?
