Oh gosh I meant to look and see what dose I of Vitex I was taking when I went home but I totally forgot. I will look tonight. Honestly, I haven't used the Primrose in a while. My Naturopath OK'd it but I was pretty happy with the Vitex alone.
I also have Vitamin D supplements but I was hesitant to add them. (2000 iu) Again, my Naturopath OK'd but I think I want to get on a more stable long term regimen before adding stuff to her orginal plan for me.
I've never tried the cream or the St John's Wort but I just tried Namaste Yoga on Fit TV (I don't have time to get to a class right now but I plan to start in the summer) and I liked it but I'm not very good at it. :/ Keep on trucking, I suppose.
I'm trying so hard to get my family on board with the organic stuff bit he's so stubborn. I think he's challenging me for the sheer sake of it. I try to make sure I'm first to the market so he has need to buy his normal brands. lol
When we get a house I'm SO doing an organic garden. I can't wait!
