Sorry Tracy, I don't mean to scare anyone with that article. I thought it was just appropriate to put it here at CureZone - a place of Healing. Correct me if I am wrong, there are all levels of people here and not only beginners. So I think we can learn and develop together with an atmosphere of warmth and understanding instead of fear, we can take any challenge.

If it really is a scarry thing which I don't think it is - I will try ask Agnes or Bob to remove it from this Forum.
