Glaxony, I've read in one of your post that you had to learn
to distinguish between those two. How to be sure if it's die-off and not disease progression or old symptoms?

the reason I ask is I didn't get yet any "proof" I have parasites, maybe because I don't look usually...and wonder if might get sick just because of wormwood itself or just regular sick not from die-offs.
